You hereby consent to KOPATSCHKA GROUP s.r.o., with its registered office at Dukelská 1343, 356 01 Sokolov, IČ: 04421663 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “the Regulation”) processed the following personal data:

Name, surname, telephone number and e-mail can be processed on the basis of your consent and must be processed for the purpose of feedback. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years.
You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@kopatschkagroup.cz.
The processing of personal data is performed only by the Administrator and your personal data is not provided to other entities.
Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

– request access to this data from us and have it updated
